Welcome to Deli Lily. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Deli Lily website and online store ("Site"), operated from Piliyandala, Sri Lanka. However, as living organisms, individual plants may vary in appearance, size, shape, and colour from the representative images shown on the Site. All photographs are for illustrative purposes only.
All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged for an order is the price displayed at the time you place the order. Pricing errors are subject to correction, and we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.
All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep stock levels accurate on the Site. If a product you ordered is no longer available, we will notify you promptly and offer either a substitute of equivalent value, a backorder with an estimated delivery date, or a full refund.
All orders placed through the Site are offers to purchase. An order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. Receiving an automated order acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
Payment is processed through PayHere, a third-party payment gateway. By placing an order, you agree to PayHere's terms of service. Deli Lily does not store your full payment card details. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available at the time of purchase.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will provide an estimated delivery window at the time of order confirmation. Factors including weather, traffic, and the specific nature of live plant transport may affect delivery times.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring someone is available to receive and care for the plants upon delivery. Deli Lily is not responsible for plants that deteriorate due to being left unattended after delivery. In the event that no one is available to receive the delivery at the agreed time, you may be required to pay a re-delivery fee.
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, product descriptions, and the "Deli Lily" name and branding — is the intellectual property of Deli Lily or its content suppliers and is protected by Sri Lankan and international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this Site without our prior written permission.
